​​​​By the end of the week your child(s) will know the basics of horsemanship such as, how to catch and lead a horse, how to groom and tack up, different parts of the saddles and bridles, and how the horse is put together. Kids will spend a little over an hour in the saddle each day, giving them the most opportunity to master their skills. At the end of the week the kids will be able to fully control their horse by themselves at the walk and the trot. Setting them up for success to go
